Release notes using /home/users/bmsmith/1.65.1/

In gnomeweb-wml, docbook_html_style/yelp_customization.xsl
http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/gnomeweb-wml/trunk/docbook_html_style/yelp-customization.xsl?view=markup
contains the following code, which gets a specific version of the
docbook xsl from bmsmith's home directory, because using the official
URL would cause a slow download.

<xsl:import href="/home/users/bmsmith/1.65.1/html/docbook.xsl"/>

This is obviously very fragile - it's been deleted
from /home/users/bmsmith/1.65.1/ at least once before. Surely there's a
better place to put this.
