Hrm. All I can tell you is that you appear to have done the same
things I did that worked for the livecd stuff. :/

Maybe someone from web-team could update: 

 /gnomeweb-wml/www.gnome.org/projects/README

with a quickie HOWTO on how to make sure a new project shows up?
