I have offered numerous, numerous times, but Owen tells me that "we have
enough people, just not enough time" or "we have enough people, just don't
have a request tracking system".

Again, as I've said before, I am:

  a) very happy to help administer the GNOME machines, and see it as one of
the things I would like to do to help out GNOME infrastructural stuff
(indeed, it would be hard to do this without administering the machines)

  b) willing to implement a request tracker for the administrators

  c) willing to document existing and improved systems so we don't have such
a bloody hassle dealing with changes further down the track, like we do
  now

It really is frustrating to be in a position to contribute a lot -
especially in an area that so badly needs help - but not be able to.

How can we fix this, guys?

Haw haw. ;)
