Suggestion: start to form groups

I followed discussions all this week, and I have to say - everything it's
ok, we must start to work! ;)
Actually I liked idea about groups, so I suggest form them now. They will
work more concretely on topics,
but here we would make only design decisions - what to use, how to use, how
all will look, about features, etc.
I suggest groups:
*database group      - will work on structure of db, will write dynamic
functions (in php or whatever we will use) for use in pages
*scripting group         - starting from page automatisation to page
administration;
*graphics group          - how page will look, creating styles, images,
etc.
*contents group     -it will answer about stuff in pages, etc.
*translation group  -it will coordinate translation teams, will create docs
for doing that, will work hand-in-hand with gnome translation project;

It's just suggestion, but I feel that we must start to do something right
now, it could be even decisions about what we will
use finally...
