In my opinion, this isn't a very easy to implement thing, and is somewhat
pointless. What i mean is that, we could implement on the navigation
system, a "Worldwide Gnome" menu, pointing to the local pages for each
country that has a gnome page. This kind of GIF is, if you know about
graphics compression, 1st, a hard thing to do, 2nd a LARGE thing to load
on a browser, because of the big number or local pages, which means a big
file size. Therefore, a text solution like the one i pointed is perhaps
more suitable, if there is the need to point to gnome local pages.
