Aye, aye!

One list, with apps categorised. (Ideally, I think we should have
dependencies documented in the apps list too, but that's more work than
simply saying "GTK+" or "GTK+/Gnome".)

If there's any separation to be done, it's showing only GTK+ apps, or apps
that can have their Gnome dependencies removed when browsing gtk.org -
there's no reason why we can't please everyone. :D
