No; it's awful.

"Cancel" isn't really a good translation of "Start Over"; it would need
to be something like "Clear", "Retry", "Reset" or something - "Restart"
would also work, but would probably be a bad button in the context ;)
Maybe "Try Again", or [even better] "Back to Square One" L:oD
