I don't see anything there I would disagree with.

What I would like to see is the ability to write gimp scripts (in
script-fu scheme to start, CORBA later) to dynamically let people
tinker with the pixmaps.  It would also be nice to be able to do the
same thing (in batch mode) inside the Gnome Makefiles.

When the embedding framework is in place, we should make a nice "theme
factory" application.  :-)
