Actually, this can also be done along with the "create-summary.sh"
script -- whoever actually does that will update the list of all the
languages (automatically, of course).

I don't know why am I trying to make it so complicated, when it is so
simple :)

Now, we need Sri to chip in with data how does he really update the
summary.
