I just follow the howto. :-)

Somewhere at the bottom, you'll see what you need to do to add to cvs.

To wit:
copy the generated html file to ../../content/news/summary
cvs add generated.html
vi Makefile
if you look at the file, you'll see you just have to add the html file
like all the others.
vi main.in

delete everything after the comment, and read in teh generated html file
cd one directory up
vi the main.in file
follow the format exactly, and link the summary in.

go to the root directory and then edit the ChangeLog
and then cvs commit

thats pretty much it. It's nicely done in the howto.
