Lightning talks at GUADEC

Hi Kat,

I am Andrei Macavei and this is the 3th year I will attend GUADEC and
hold a lighting talk.

I am also planning to do a Keysign BOF, where people can use Gnome Keysign
to get their keys signed by others.

Looking forward to GUADEC 2016.
