Layout Manager for Nemiver - Weekly Report 05

Hello,

The last week I worked on the dynamic layout I started the week
before. It is now almost done but there is still a little bug: when I
start nemiver, every widgets that was in the dockbar at the end of the
previous session are not displayed.
I also changed the DBGPerspectiveLayout interface because I wasn't
able to focus (cleanly) status widgets in the dynamic layout with the
previous interface.

The next week, I will work on many small tasks:
 - Remove the intermediate interface DBGPerspectiveLayout.
 - Fix the bug described earlier in this email.
 - Complete the wide layout.
 - Clean code & prepare patches
