The mock-ups look awesome. Drag & drop priority handling would be way cooler than a button. Priority setting doesn't seem like a high enough use case to clutter up the interface with a button, but dragging and dropping the tasks into position with top place being top priority sounds like a really elegant solution to the problem.
Love the project, looking forward to the final result!
