[weekly report] week 5: Application Aware WIndow Management

So far, implementing _NET_WM_APP_CONTROLS atom functions in the window manager has proven somewhat more difficult than anticipated.  Marina, Owen, and I worked on it this weekend and got it responding to the atoms we're sending from a test app, but need to make it actually parse the full atoms now.  I have code for this, but need to debug it.
