Voice Notes on Tomboy Report

Week 1

The first official week coding for GSoC was actually the least productive for me since the acceptance, due to a health problem- I'm better now. All that I've studied and decisions I took with the help of my mentor (Nickolay) were done in previous weeks.

What I have done so far:
- We decided to code in C, and load the methods from a DLL. This will involve gstreamer for record/play the notes.
- Creation of the Tomboy plugin. Tomboy brings a nice and simple way to create plugins. There is already a button in the note's toolbar, doing nothing.

Well... I don't have much to say.
