Progress Report on Telekinesis

Hi,
This week was spent on understanding better the code of salut and I have
started to add iChat-like (out-of-band without negotiation) file
transfer support to salut.

Telepathy-glib contains some mixin classes used to make easier to
implement channels in the connection managers but it lacks a file
transfer mixin as file transfer is not yet implemented in any connection
manager. So I started implementing a mixin for file transfers that
should be included in telepathy-glib when ready.

Using this mixin I started adding file transfer support in salut but for
now the file is only offered and accepted/rejected, not really copied.

Next week I plan to improve the code I already have and then add real
file transfer.
