Jokosher VoIP Integration - Final Report

Hi all,

 My project isn't fully complete yet, it's currently stalled slightly
waiting for the refactoring of telepathy's stream-engine to be
completed (a task which I'm finding a little too difficult to complete
myself). Once this is completed it should be plain sailing in terms of
completing the Jokosher integration.

 The project has produced some additional benefits, most notably are
the python bindings I've created for libempathy and libempathy-gtk
which are now an official part of empathy as of version 0.12. These
bindings have already been used to create a plugin for epiphany to
allow sending links to contacts:

 I'll be continuing to maintain the python bindings for libempathy and
for stream-engine (once I've created them after the refactoring), as
well as continuing to work on Jokosher.
