This sort of message is usually issued when a library is missing.
go to the modules/input in the gtk tree, and try to run ../../gtk/gtk-query-immodules-2.0
This may help you to find where's the guilty module.
Then do a ldd on the module and look at the library that are not found. Hope this help to fix.
