Cannot start Gnome Shell on F14

Hi, everyone!

I am building versions of Shell via jhbuild on Fedora 14 but when I try to start the program it complains that there is already a panel running and I should use --replace. I am starting it with --replace however. Anything I'm doing wrong?

I'm on a Thinkpad X301 with external screen, Intel drivers and Gnome 2 with Compiz.

Help is very much appreciated, I want to test! ;)
