Support for high contrast themes, like in the current gnome2 desktop,
would be included in this bug [1], created by Dan Winship.

In the same way, on the accessibility hackfest, Joseph Scheuhammer
said that he is planning to add color inversion and other similar
features to the current gnome-shell magnification tool [2]
