Hi to everyone!
First of all, I want to introduce myself. I'm Alexandre Vázquez (Alex) and I want to know some of the details of the design of Gnome Shell. I'm reading the Design Document written by William Jon McCann <
william jon mccann gmail com>,Jeremy Perry <
jeremy perry redhat com> dated in 14 November 2009, with the idea to integrate a application inside Gnome-Shell. But I already have a few of questions about that. Sorry I they are very stupid or illogical. The questions are:
- At this moment, I can create a 'gadget/plugin' that interacts with the Sidebar of the GNOME Shell?
- At this moment, I can create a 'gadget/plugin' that interacts with the 'Message Try' (Down of the Screen) of the GNOME Shell?
- At this moment, is there any documentation that talk about this proccess?
- At this momento, is there any 'gadgets/plugin' inside the gnome-shell trunk?
Thank you very much for your help, and sorry for the time you're wasting to read my mail.
Cheers,
Alex
