Re: Suggestion: Make a dock from application icons in overview



Ok that's true there is the search function. But I definitely think that
every feature of the overview mode (search, dash, application launcher)
should be accessible without passing through the exposé mode, which is a
very heavy graphical effect (and btw, by now it is quite slower than the
similar effect in compiz).

Anyway, I really like the gnome-shell project and would like to thank
all the developers for their work!
