Yes. There are still some "white spots" the designers are working on
(e.g. how DND will work in detail, the future of grid view, ...), but
the general direction is more or less clear. Work on the code has been
started and should appear on bugzilla and/or a git branch soon.

Seriously, I can't promise you answers (I am not a designer), but good
questions can be pretty valuable input for designers.
