This choice is displayed on the open a new workspace tab on the
right hand side, where there's no workspace yet? What if there were
already 4 workspace open.
Could this "menu" show up when pressing the + button as well?
We should be able to choose between most recent activities or a saved
profile and make it default.
I would be quite annoyed to pick an option
every time I create a new workspace I think.

Looking at the concept presented by Jimmy:

it would be interesting to associate Recent Documents to their activity,
saved and restored with the activity. So, Recent Documents could display
a list of choices between activities and by default display Recent
Documents of the current activity.
