Not off hand.
Can you post:
1) your .jhbuildrc and .jhbuildrc-custom files
2) your /usr/share/applications/gnome-shell.desktop
3) your /usr/share/xsessions/gnome-shell.desktop
4) the output of
gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/session
?
