Que link? :) A mensagem original completa que vejo tem isto:

então a tradução teria que ter:
neste <ulink type=\"help\" url=\"ghelp:fdl\">link</ulink>

Reparem que mudei "no link" para "neste link", já que a palavra "link"
que é o link :)
