Your kernel crashed, taking the visor module with it, known problem.

WHOA! Definately upgrade that kernel to something more recent, like
2.4.18 or later. 2.4.9 is definately going to cause you problems, unless
you've added the newest visor.h/visor.c pair to there before kernel
compilation. 2.4.9 is a "known bad" kernel from Redhat.
