xdg-app 0.1 release

We're coming up to the Gnome 3.16 release, and while the SDK stuff is
expected to be some kind of developer preview we want people to be able
to play with it, so I'm looking at doing some productization this week.

First achievement is a release of xdg-app:
  https://people.gnome.org/~alexl/xdg-app/xdg-app-0.1.tar.xz

I guess at some point we should make this a more official
freedesktop.org git repo and release tarballs. But this will do for now.
