I don't want to build packages, but an ARMv7 version of the xdg-app runtimes. See [1] for more information.

There are a few ARMv7 hardware configurations where it's possible to build and run the GNOME stack that you can buy today (most Odroid variants, Qualcomm snapdragon boards, etc); my employer also has an interest in ensuring runtimes are available for that architecture.

Maybe I did not understand your question though?
