Sandboxing techical details

I wrote a page on the wiki about sandboxing:

It lists what xdg-app currently does for sandboxing, what we
additionally would like to do. It also lists the changes we need to the
overall system to make sandboxing secure for desktop applications, as
well as some ideas of how to start making sandboxed apps integrate with
the desktop.
