Just to keep everyone up to date, I've been waiting for a few things to
stabilize in mono and gtk# before moving forward with Gfax again.  I
think we're almost there except internationalization seems to be a bit
of a sticker.

A few other things such as mono/gtk# support for Evolution contacts
which is in major upheaval with Evo version 2.0.
