Hallo allemaal,
Groetjes, Rinse
I work with the Globalisation Services team at Novell. There is a bug assigned to me regarding Dutch terminology in SLED11. I
wonder if you could help me please?
Very simply, the independent language reviewer that reviewed Dutch SLE11 has entered a bug and the term he has chosen is in
conflict with the term that the Gnome team have chosen.
My preference is use Gnome terminology, but before I can decide, I need to know that the Gnome translation is definately
alright.
The bug is https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=460661 but you may not have access to it as it might be visible only to
Novell employees.
The string in question is:
msgid "Create L_auncher..."
msgstr "Nieuwe st_arter…"
The language reviewer says it should be "Nieuw startprogramma"
Which do you feel is the correct translation?
regards
