FYI: there's some tool that can do diff's and patches on binary files.
Gentoo uses it to help out people with small bandwidth to be able to
download source tarballs of bigger trees, like KDE etc. I'll try to find
the name, it might be usefull to pass around ISO's and diff's between
them.
