Re: Interface problems after recompiling GSettings schemas

~/.xsession-errors is readable (cat'd), ~/.cache/gdm/session does not exist as I'm using lightdm on Ubuntu Precise. What permissions should gschemas.compiled have? Mine's read-only for non-root. Sudo'ing problems also doesn't get rid of the glitches.

I assume you'll have errors reported when you start a program in a
terminal. Similarly, look through ~/.xsession-errors or
the file ~/.cache/gdm/session.

Could be that by recompiling the schemas you changed it that those files
are only readable by root.
