Some difficulties during Gnome using.

Hi
As a fresh Gnome User, i have made same pisi packages (http://www.pardus.org.tr/eng/projeler/pisi/index.html) for Pardus linux alfa2 but i have some errors during Gnome using.

1-)How can i able to see in Gnome menus this applications icons? There is no icon in Gnome menu. 

2-)When i try to change background i get this error?
(The Application "control-center" has quit unexpectedly.
You can inform the developers of what happened to help them fix it. Or you can restart the application right now.

3-)How can i set the long keyboard press? Each press work for one effect.For something to erase i have to press keyboard for each character.
4-)In evolution, im able to get my e-mails but in mail list window there is no mail to see? :o)
5-)How can i set applications that run specific type of files, when i click txt files it should be runing gedit, for example for avi-vlc, for png and jpeg-eye of Gnome, mp3-xmms etc. every sort of main file types. 


6-)Some of the gnome applets (gxmms) gives error when i try to add to panel
here is the error

The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:GNOME_gxmmsApplet".


7-)Lastly when i try to start keyboard properties i get this error.
