Haven't tried going that far yet. I've delete pretty much everything out of
her home dir except her personal files (mostly just a bunch of
pictures/movies/mp3's). I'll give that a try though.

Haven't had the time. Later tonight I should, and I'll do a more thourough
investigation.
On a positive note, she's told me that she managed to get in using the GNOME
failsafe session (not sure if that's Debian-specific or not). She hasn't
tried logging out and back on (using normal GNOME session) yet, and doesn't
seem to want to interupt her work at the moment (UNIX talk is our friend).
I'm going to have to go through the two sessions though and see what's
different. ^,^
