libgtop breaks

Trying to compile GNOME from sources.
Getting an error when compiling libgtop.ppp.c: In function `get_ISDN_stats':
ppp.c:58: `ISDN_MAX_CHANNELS' undeclared (first use in this function)
Seems to be a ref to /usr/include/linux/isdn.h.
But this is #ifdef with __KERNEL__ and thus not accessable to ppp.c.
Is this a bug, or have I missed something... Have anybody else received
the same error?
