Re: Switching desktops



I have no experience with the desktop changer program but you should be
able to change back manually.

Rebooted or logged out and back in? (You should rarely have to reboot a
Linux/Unix system :-)

When you boot your computer do you get  agraphical login or a text-based
login?

If it's a graphical login you should be able to select GNOME from a menu
before logging in. (If it's not in the menu then that'd fixable too.)
If it's a text-based login then the file you want to look at is your
~/.xinitrc and see that the last line of it is ``exec gnome-session''
