Release of libxml2-2.1.1

  I know, one release per day ain't a good thing but the 2.1.1
tarball had iconv support disabled, and in those conditions I
would prefer not to see 2.1.0 too widely used (at least on linux).

  Changes from 2.0.0:
    - reactivated iconv support
    - fixed a few HTML bugs, tried to cleanup the HTMLparser
      to use SAX properly
    - patched at least some of the Windows warnings reported
