Applets

Hello,
i have come across this

I am running mandrake 7.0, helix-gnome and sawmill.
I was wondering though if you could help me
how to get all those nice applets on the right of the
screen. I use sawmill and gnome but when i right click
on gnome panel to add applet they are not there.
