Well it's a win95/KDE style docking of appliaction status. It also has a goal
of supporting the KDE docklets as well. Right now no app implements it and
it doesn't really work right yet anyway.

I guess we could, but those are only in the development version (only in CVS
in fact). When we release a development version tarball we will also
announce all the new stuff it does (there's a lot of new stuff in the panel)
