GNU Midnight Commander 4.5.40 is released

Hello, lovers of stable releases,

I have just released version 4.5.40 of the Midnight Commander.  This
is, to within 99.99% certainty, the version that will go in the next
stable GNOME release, due any day today.

* Availability:

	ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/mc/mc-4.5.40.tar.gz

* Changes in this version:

	- Fixed order in which initialization of CORBA services is
          done (Federico).

	- Updated translations (Takayuki, Kjartan, Dan, Richard).

	- Minor fixes to ftpfs and fish (Miguel).
