1. Could the foot menu use those cool tare off menus? It would be cool to
rip off the utility menu for example.

2. I was playing with glade and found the "gnome dock" widget. Could this be
used with the panel so that all applets can be given the ability to tare
themselves off? Then have a panel option to turn it off.
