New gnome-network out

Thanks to Elliot Lee we now have a version of gnome-network that works with
gnome-objc 1.0.2.
The latest Red Hat 5.2 RPMS and source tarballs are on ftp.gnome.org and
its mirrors (give it a few hours to circulate).
