E dock

i have a few questions about the enlightenment dock with v .16 (cvs).
how can i add an applet to it? i run wmnet, wmWeather, and asclock.
wmWeather comes up in the dock, the other two come up in regular borders. i'd
like to put all three in the same dock.
also, how can i control the location of this dock?
