No, if there is only one window, and desktop icons are disabled, then
close and exit should exit the app. If there is only one window, and
desktop icons are enabled, then close and exit should only close the one
window. If there are multiple windows, and desktop icons are disabled,
then close should close the current window, and exit should exit the
app. If there are multiple windows, and desktop icons are enabled, then
close should close the current window, and exit should close all the
windows (but leave Gmc running to keep the icons there).
