CVS Connection problems...

I am noticing a severe problem with CVS connections. My automated
cron jobs no longer work simply because I am getting 'connection
refused' erorrs whenever trying to update any CVS modules. I tried
doing manual updates with a few modules and sometimes they worked
and sometimes not. I have verified that things are set up correctly
on my end because CVS works fine for Enlightenment and a few others
that I have. Any thoughts or info? Thanks.
