Errors compiling gnome-games-0.99.8

I'm apparently missing 'db2html'.  'make install' for gnome-games-0.99.8
fails with the following errors:


make[3]: db2html: Command not found
make[3]: [gturing/index.html] Error 127 (ignored)

/usr/bin/install: ./gturing/*.css: No such file or directory
make[4]: [install-data-local] Error 1 (ignored)

I've found a db2html at the following site.  Is theis the correct
package?

I'm building on an RH 5.0 x86 system from tarballs.
