You can just clear the filename box (or type in any garbage filename, doesn't
matter), and no sound will be loaded for that event.

Suggestions on better ways to make this obvious to the user appreciated :)

Also if people are getting annoyed by sounds happening at odd times, and you
normally get gnome-libs out of CVS, please update & rebuild - I fixed some
extraneous sound playing yesterday.
