First, do a fresh checkout of imlib from cvs (remove your old checkout
first to get rid of the macros directory). Then recompile and install
imlib, this should now install the missing imlib.m4.

You need the fresh checkout to get rid of the macros directory which
has accidentally been added and imlib.m4 been moved there where it
does not belong. It is now back at its correct place and will also
be installed.
